Project recovery

A clear starting point for project recovery

AXIS can bring the portal, management and H&S oversight together to establish the current position and coordinate a recovery plan for an agreed work package.

When a recovery review can help

Use a focused review when outstanding actions have unclear owners, construction and commissioning interfaces are causing delay, or handover records have fallen behind the work. The first step is to understand the evidence and constraints.

How the engagement works

  1. Assess the current position

Review available project information, open actions, responsibilities and immediate issues within the agreed scope.

  2. Define a recovery plan

Prioritise gaps, identify dependencies, allocate proposed owners and agree milestones with the responsible project parties.

  3. Coordinate and report

Use the portal and agreed oversight reviews to maintain an action record, escalate constraints and track evidence as work progresses.

  4. Prepare for handover review

Index the agreed completion records and report remaining gaps so the appointed reviewers can make their decisions.

Agree the responsibilities

Recovery support is scoped after the initial assessment. Additional site labour, specialist resource, design work or testing is agreed separately. Changes to contract obligations, technical acceptance and authority to energise remain decisions for the appropriately appointed parties.
