Information we receive

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected enquiry purpose and sector, together with optional company and project details. The enquiry service also records a hashed network identifier and browser information to manage abuse. Please avoid submitting confidential project documents or sensitive personal details through this form.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, assess requirements, prepare proposals and maintain relevant business records. Our legitimate interests are responding to business requests and protecting the enquiry service. Where applicable, information is also used to take requested steps towards a contract or meet legal obligations. Providing details is voluntary; we need a name and contact address to respond.

Access and service providers

Relevant AXIS personnel and providers supporting website hosting, database storage, email and security may process this information. We do not sell personal data. The service uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, Supabase for enquiry storage and security, and email services for replies. The primary portal database is in London, but infrastructure, support and email processing may occur internationally. AXIS must document any restricted transfer and applicable UK adequacy basis or appropriate safeguards, including the UK IDTA or UK Addendum where applicable. Contact us for the specific provider arrangements and safeguards relevant to your information.

Retention

We retain an enquiry while responding, assessing requirements or progressing a requested proposal. On closing or declining an enquiry, AXIS reviews whether the information remains necessary for an identified follow-up, contractual record or legal claim; unnecessary information should be deleted or anonymised through an authorised process. If the enquiry becomes a contract, relevant information moves into the contractual retention arrangements. A documented legal hold can postpone disposal. These are review criteria, not an automatic deletion timer. Contact us to ask about the purpose and review status of records held in your case.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to the contact address above. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights can be subject to applicable conditions.

You can raise a concern with AXIS and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and device storage

AXIS has not configured advertising or behavioural analytics cookies on this website. Essential hosting and security technology may be used. The portal uses session storage and a public application cache; requested offline functions also store encrypted project information and queued work. Seven-day offline access expiry does not delete queued records. Read the cookies and device-storage notice before enabling offline working or clearing website data.

Project records

For information collected under a client project, contact your project administrator to identify the relevant privacy notice and responsible organisation. The public demonstration uses fictional information.
