Project pilot

Evaluate the portal and oversight on one project

Start with a defined 30-day scope, a baseline of the current position and a clear set of outputs. Your written proposal confirms the fixed fee and responsibilities before work starts.

A proposed pilot scope

One project, up to three agreed workflows and named participants. Choose workflows such as site observations, corrective actions, document reviews or handover evidence tracking according to the functions and oversight required.

  1. Establish the starting position

Agree the work package, current information, responsibilities and measures. Identify missing records and constraints that could affect the pilot.

  2. Configure and introduce the portal

Set up agreed project access and workflows, introduce users and confirm how support and escalation will work.

  3. Run the agreed reviews

Review the recorded position weekly, track assigned actions and provide management and H&S oversight within the defined appointment.

  4. Review the findings and next steps

Compare the closing position with the baseline, provide a findings report and agree continuation or project closure and record export.

Measure something useful

Choose measures with a recorded baseline: time to prepare a report, overdue actions, time to retrieve evidence, or completeness of the agreed document set. A pilot assesses what changes; it does not guarantee savings, acceptance or completion.

What the proposal will confirm

  • Included workflows, users, management time and any site attendance.
  • Fixed fee, VAT, payment dates and separately agreed extras.
  • Customer inputs, training, support hours and escalation contacts.
  • Record ownership, retention and the format and scope of the closing export.
  • Any additional labour or specialist support, priced separately.

Portal-only evaluations can be scoped separately. Specialist testing, electrical operations and statutory appointments require explicit scope and appropriate appointments.
